Job Description

The Visa Business Solutions, B2B Acceptance team has the responsibility for defining and executing the global B2B product vision for Visa's commercial merchant solutions.  With 20T in untapped card-able spend, Visa is positioning itself to capture more than its fair share of this opportunity by focusing on improving the value proposition of card payments for merchants accepting B2B payments.  This includes developing strategies and capabilities that enhance the B2B Merchant payment experience in the areas of costs and end-to-end process. 

Within the B2B Acceptance team, the Supplier Enablement team is responsible for enabling billions of dollars in volume for our issuers partners that seek to convert corporate clients’ spend onto commercial card products.

The Senior Consultant – Supplier Enablement role will support the growth of Visa’s Commercial Card products for the Supplier Enablement team, by helping develop tools and capabilities to monitor supplier enablement campaign results and identify areas of opportunity. This role is an exciting opportunity to develop a strategic approach to encourage adoption of commercial cards. This role works directly with Visa’s major issuing banks as we begin to support growth of commercial payments to new markets globally.

The role will be responsible for developing reporting tools and capabilities to monitor the call center team’s performance, as well as tracking and reporting on transacted PV for the B2B Acceptance suite of products.

Responsibilities

  • Develop reports and analytics to monitor our call center results, including active campaigns executed on behalf of our issuers.
  • Create scorecards and metrics to track transacted B2B volume for B2B Acceptance tools and services.
  • Act as a liaison for the B2B Acceptance team creating a central repository for results.
  • Develop enhancements to our reporting capabilities and utilize data tools to improve results and make recommendations for better ways to track and monitor call center activities.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office two days a week, Tuesdays and Wednesdays with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD

5 or more years working with large datasets and technical tools including CRMs and SQL

5 or more years in B2B product, commercial card or other payment products

Preferred Qualifications:
9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD

7-10 years of experience with data and analytics products including CRMs

Call center experience including telesales agencies and handling 3rd party data

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
